Postpartum Mama’s Core Strength

Start as early as 6 weeks Postpartum! Over the next 8 weeks you are going to learn how to activate and strengthen your core & pelvic floor. We will focus on building mind and muscle connection with following your breathe. 4 phases, each phase is 2 weeks long
